1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jeta95 platform available at jeta95.onl (hereinafter "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. jeta95 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jeta95 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform. jeta95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

jeta95 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any other individual to access or use your account.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been carried out by you. jeta95 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact jeta95 customer support immediately at [email protected]. jeta95 will take reasonable steps to protect your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access.

jeta95 staff will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from jeta95 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us without delay.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on the jeta95 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeta95 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied. Supported payment methods include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Banking channels: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi banks
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. jeta95 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may be affected by verification requirements or payment provider processing schedules.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. jeta95 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder are strictly prohibited.

jeta95 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction that is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jeta95 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be claimed by players who have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• jeta95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated wagering strategies to fulfil requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), or Victory Day (December 16) are subject to their own specific terms and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time of each promotion.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the jeta95 Platform — whether on live casino games, slots, crash games, or sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. jeta95 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the case of a documented technical error.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, jeta95 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• All live casino games are supplied by third-party certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are governed by the game supplier's published rules and are displayed within the game interface.
• Odds and markets for sports betting events are set by jeta95 and may be updated, suspended, or removed at any time, including during live in-play betting events.
• jeta95 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum winnings, or both on any game or market at its sole discretion.
• In cases of suspected match-fixing, corrupt conduct, or any other event that compromises the integrity of a sporting event, jeta95 reserves the right to void all bets on the affected event.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeta95 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game engine.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction made on the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

jeta95 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their activity. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. Players must be 21 years of age or older.

jeta95 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jeta95. Unauthorised use of jeta95's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta95 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in Platform operation, including those caused by third-party service providers.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Platform.
• The conduct of any third party, including other players, payment providers, or game suppliers.

jeta95 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jeta95 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jeta95 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting jeta95 customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

jeta95 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or regulatory requirement. In cases of account closure due to a breach, jeta95 may retain any remaining balance pending investigation.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the jeta95 Platform. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. jeta95 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 14 business days.
